Terms and conditions
RUBAZA is operated by SL Handel GmbH, Grafenaustrasse 11, 6300 Zug, Schweiz. Contact: kontakt@sl-handel.ch, 076 499 85 73.
Orders and contract
These terms apply to orders placed through RUBAZA. By placing an order, you make a binding offer. The purchase contract is formed when we accept it by email. An acknowledgement of receipt alone initially confirms only that the order was received. If an order cannot be accepted, we refund any amount already paid.
Prices, payment and delivery country
The currency is shown with the price. The items, quantities, prices, applicable taxes, shipping costs and total displayed in Shopify Checkout before the binding purchase are decisive. You can also see the payment methods and delivery options available for your order there. Selecting a country on the website alone does not confirm delivery to that country.
Maison Atelier
The Atelier configurator initially creates a fragrance and design briefing for an enquiry. The fragrance weightings shown describe the desired character, not the production formula. The specific composition and production require professional review. Specification, binding price and delivery time are confirmed in the quote. An exported briefing and its digital confirmation document your wishes. A binding commission is placed on the basis of the confirmed quote; exporting a PDF does not, by itself, make a purchase.
A separately agreed consultation or development service is distinct from a purchase of goods. The scope, price and applicable statutory rights are communicated before it is booked.
Returns and complaints
For ordinary online purchases in Switzerland, we do not offer a voluntary right of withdrawal or return for a change of mind or because you do not like the goods. Where statutory withdrawal rights apply to a contract, those rights remain in place. The returns information explains the rules for standard goods and genuinely personalised goods.
Your statutory rights in the event of defects, incorrect delivery, non-delivery or other failures of performance remain unaffected. Inspect the goods on receipt and report visible defects as soon as possible; report hidden defects when you notice them. A request for photos or information does not limit mandatory claims or deadlines. Statutory rights also apply to promotional items.
Privacy and applicable law
You can find information about the processing of your data in the privacy policy and the additional technical notes for this website. Order and payment data is also processed through Shopify and the service providers involved in fulfilment.
Swiss law applies insofar as it does not displace mandatory protective provisions. Mandatory statutory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. The version of these terms in force when you place your order applies.
