Delivery options and costs

Enter your full delivery address in Shopify Checkout. It checks whether delivery to that address is offered for this order. Available shipping methods, shipping costs and applicable taxes are shown before the binding purchase. Selecting a country or currency on the website alone does not confirm that shipping is available.

Cross-border deliveries may incur import duties and fees where these have not already been collected at checkout. Please refer to the information shown for your delivery country.

Delivery time

The delivery information specified for your order at checkout or in the confirmed quote applies. For individually made Atelier products, specification and delivery time are only defined in the quote. A fragrance briefing alone does not authorise production.

Address and delivery

Please check your name, street and house number, any required address details, postcode, city and country. Provide a phone number where you can be reached for delivery queries. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@sl-handel.ch. Whether a change is still possible depends on the stage of processing.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because details are incorrect or incomplete, we discuss the next steps and any additional costs with you. Statutory claims and responsibility for delivery and transport damage under applicable law remain unaffected.
