Additional notes about this website
These notes describe the technical operation of this version of the site. They supplement the RUBAZA shop’s complete current privacy policy, reproduced separately below. These technical notes do not replace the shop’s privacy policy.
Language, delivery country and cart
Your language and market selection, together with your Shopify cart ID, are stored locally in your browser so your selection remains available as you continue shopping. You can remove these entries in your browser’s website data settings. When you access the website and its content, technically necessary connection data, such as your IP address, is processed by the delivery services involved.
Shopify and shopping
Product information, market-specific prices, availability, cart and checkout are provided through Shopify. When you use them, Shopify and the service providers involved in fulfilment process technically necessary data and the information you enter for your order. Details and privacy rights are set out in the complete shop privacy policy and the Shopify information linked there.
Enquiries, Atelier PDF and digital confirmation
When you confirm and save an Atelier briefing or submit it as a quote request, the contact details you enter, scent profile, personalisation, ingredient ideas, confirmation and any drawn signature are stored securely on this website’s storage services. A PDF is created from this information for you. Storage serves to process your request and document your selection.
A technically necessary session associates your browser with your saved briefings and protects write access. The session remains active for up to 90 days. The ID of your most recently saved briefing is also stored locally in your browser. When you sign in through ChatGPT, saved briefings may be associated with your Site user ID.
Designs that have not led to an order remain accessible for 90 days. After this period, deletion takes place during subsequent use of the Atelier storage system. For earlier deletion or other privacy requests, contact us at kontakt@sl-handel.ch. Confirmed orders are subject to the applicable required retention periods.
Instagram and advertising
Clicking the Instagram link takes you to Instagram. Instagram’s or Meta’s privacy information applies to your visit there. This version of the site has no advertising pixels embedded. This is a technical description of this website and does not state which features are active in a separate Shopify shop or on Instagram.
Privacy contact
You can address questions about your data or exercising your privacy rights to kontakt@sl-handel.ch . The complete current shop privacy policy names SL Handel GmbH, Grafenaustrasse 11, 6300 Zug, Schweiz as the data controller.
Complete current shop privacy policy
The existing shop privacy policy, dated 11 October 2026, is reproduced unchanged below as the current source. It describes the Shopify shop; the additional technical notes above relate to this version of the site.
Last updated: 11 October 2026
