1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our website www.rubaza.ch shall be made. By placing your order, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Contracting Parties & Conclusion of Contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with:
SL Handel GmbH, Grafenaustrasse 11, 6300 Zug, Switzerland

Orders placed through our website constitute a binding offer from the customer. The purchase contract is only concluded upon confirmation by e-mail from SL Handel GmbH.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices on www.rubaza.ch are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include, where applicable, the statutory value-added tax.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Shop Pay
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Twint

Payment is to be made directly at the time of order. SL Handel GmbH reserves the right to change or discontinue individual payment methods without prior notice.

In the case of payments made via PayPal or credit card, additional verifications by the payment provider may occur in individual cases. In such instances, the processing time may be extended.

4. Terms of Delivery

  • Deliveries are made within Switzerland.
  • The delivery period is:
    • 1–2 business days in Switzerland
  • Should a product be unavailable, the customer shall be informed without delay.
  • Shipping is carried out via the Swiss Post or another parcel service. The shipping costs are indicated at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

A right of withdrawal or return is not granted.

  • In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.
  • Ordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For hygienic reasons, perfumes whose seal has been removed after delivery are excluded from returns.

6. Cases of Damage & Evidentiary Procedures

Should an order arrive damaged, you are required to notify us within 48 hours of receipt via email at info@rubaza.ch report.

  • Rubaza reserves the right to request evidence (e.g., photographs) of the damaged goods.
  • Without appropriate evidence, we cannot assume liability for the damage.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • The statutory warranty rights apply to all products.
  • Damages resulting from improper use, incorrect storage, or natural wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.
  • SL Handel GmbH shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, unless gross negligence or intent is present.

8. Data Protection

SL Handel GmbH complies with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA).

  • Personal data is used solely for the processing of the order and is not disclosed to third parties.

9. Incorrect Address Information & Undeliverable Packages

In the event that the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address (including missing address supplements) when placing the order:

  • Are the costs incurred as a result not covered by Rubaza?
  • We do not accept liability for lost packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Should the package be returned to us, the customer shall bear the additional shipping costs for a second delivery.

10. No exchange or return for discounted items

Orders purchased with a discount or special promotion are excluded from exchange.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

  • Swiss law shall apply.
  • The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.

12. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

SL Handel GmbH reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published at the time of the order shall apply.
