Refund policy
As there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases in Switzerland, we generally do not grant returns or refunds for purchased products.
1. No Right of Withdrawal for Hygiene Products
Due to our hygiene regulations, we cannot accept used or opened perfumes for return.
- Soiled, opened, used, or damaged goods will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the sender.
- The return shipping costs and shipping risk are in any case borne by the buyer.
2. Incorrect Address Information & Undeliverable Packages
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address (including missing address supplements) when ordering:
- The resulting costs will not be covered by Rubaza.
- We are not liable for lost packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If the package is returned to us, the customer bears the additional shipping costs for a second delivery.
3. Cancellations
We operate with an automated logistics system, whereby cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
- If the package has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
4. Damage Cases & Proof
If an order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by email at info@rubaza.ch.
- Rubaza has the right to request evidence (e.g., photos) of the damaged goods.
- Without appropriate proof, we cannot assume liability for the damage.
5. No Exchange or Return for Discounted Items
Orders purchased with a discount or special promotion are excluded from exchange.
6. Validity & Consent
Swiss law applies throughout the online shop. By purchasing on www.rubaza.ch, you agree to these return policies and conditions.
